Create Hyperlink in Form (Word 2000)

How do you create a hyperlink in a form. Once I lock the form, the hyperlink doesn't work.

    Hi Don:
You can't use a hyperlink in a protected form. Certain features are disabled in a form. However, you can create a macro that will open a particular file, if that's what you're trying to do, & then choose that macro in the entry or exit box in form field properties. Depending upon what you're trying to accomplish, there might be another way besides using a form.
    Edited to change name, as I typed before I looked <img src=/S/blush.gif border=0 alt=blush width=15 height=15>

See Using hyperlinks in protected forms. This requires a macrobutton. This page explains how to use them as well as how to use just one macro for all hyperlinks in a form (rather than a separate one for each link).
