    Copying Animation (Outlook 2000)

I received an animated picture in an Outlook 2000 message. I can Save the picture to file but when I insert it into any of the other Office products it looses the animation. Is it possible to capture the animation with the picture and paste it into different applications?

Most programs do NOT support animation, I think you will find that the email that you received was a HTML type which supports animations.

Graphics inserted into Word are converted and will lose the animations.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

Thank you, DaveA, for answering my question. It saved me a lot of "what the heck am I missing here?" time. I thought there must be a way to do this in PowerPoint but again, your answer was pretty matter-of-fact. I appreciate you taking your time to do this.
