    OL-2K vs Groupwise (2000 SR1)

Whenever I forward from GoupWise at work to myself at home in Outlook, the body of the message comes as an attachment which then doesn't want to open (tries to start Groupwise if I'm using the same notebook I use at work) unless I save it to disk first, and then open it. I get the messages, but it's annoying and cumbersome to go thru that with every one.
Is there a setting I can change, something hopefully obvious that I'm missing?

it's looking for the groupwise form to display the message in.

THANK YOU!! That's a real annoyance finally fixed. I combed the MS support site for hours and didn't find that, no matter how I worded the search.

    i used
    groupwise outlook form
as the search words - to search my technet cd. i haven't checked online with these keywords, but the online KB often has problems and can't find anything using logical keywords.

Not familiar with that CD, but it sounds like I want to be. What is it?

my employer pays for the plus version.

if you're a developer, they have msdn and the library subscription includes most of the KB and is fairly cheap. the library includes updated help files for VS and other dev applications.

either option costs abour $300 per year, with other options available for either technet or msdn.
