pdfmaker and office xp (office xp sr1)

it seems the the pdfmaker macros for word, excel and powerpoint in adobe acrobat 5 do not work
with office xp. i get messages aboput vba compiler errors
    when these files are installed.
is there a way of making the macros work in office xp?

    Hi Mary J:
I prefer to do the same thing - File, Print to Acrobat (Distiller or Writer). However: if you need to have a pdf maintain hyperlinks will Acrobat do that? I've been told by a couple of users that it doesn't maintain the url's when they do the File, Print rather than click on PDF Maker and I can't confirm that this is so as my home pc doesn't have access to the 'at work' image. TIA
    Patricia

if the hyperlinks are full urls (with http://) there is an option in tools to create them. if they are are just the web address (www.domain.com) the create web links tool won't work. I'm not sure how well this works on other shortcuts, I can't find any docs that have LAN shortcuts to test. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>
