Publishing books/pamphlets using Word (Word 2000)

Is there an add-in or utility that takes a Word document and rearranges the pages so that, in an 8-page pamphlet for example, pages 1 and 8 are on the same page, 2 and 7 on the same page, 3 and 6, and 4 and 5.

When the book is printed double-sided and folded, the pages are in the correct sequence.

following all the dialogue on this subject, i made a templet, using text boxes and flow. you can have a maximum of 36 1/2 pages. it takes some playing with, but i use it a lot. if possible, i'm attaching the 'templates' (not Word type template, just template in the ordinary sense)
