Change forms Unit of Measure (VB6)

I have a class that can calculate the usuable screen space minus the task bar height. I want to take that value and size my form to fit exactly in that space.

The method returns a value in pixels, like 1024 x 768. The devault measurement I believe in VB is Twips. I changed the Scale Mode to pixels and assigned the height and width properties of the form to the values returned by the method and the form comes out very tiny.

    What am I missing here?
