    Creating a Calendar Report (2002)

What I would like to do is take a table with fields such as date, name, and time and run a report which includes entries from these fields into a calendar format.....is this possible in Access? If so how? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Yes - it can be done, but we would need more details to determine what constraint you have. You said "report" so I presume you want to be able to print it out. How does the data get put into the database to begin with? And what sort of format do you want? If you want something like Outlook can produce, it's going to be a good deal of work. You might want to consider some of the 3rd party OCX controls that are designed to work with calendar style data - we've used some of them and had decent luck.

Sorry for the long delay in responding - this message mananged to fall through the cracks. Two companies whose tools we have used are FMS and DBI Technologies. Their URLs are http://www.fmsinc.com and http://www.dbi-tech.com respectively.
