I remember using Tardis way-back-when. I think I'll give it another go.

I went to their site & they are about a full minute behind both the atomic clock in Boulder, CO & the UTC time that links to the Lounge (which agrees with Boulder).

Yeah. It's *too* primitive, too. I think I'll go back to Time Lord...

Hi Eileen

Have a look at "About Time" http://www.arachnoid.com/abouttime/index.html
I've been using it for years - It also sets up as an internal time server for any other PCs on your network (that are not directly connected to the Net)
I have it start first thing in the day, through ProgramsStart Up, check the time then exit the program.
BTW I haven't been saying much on the forum but I'm a regular lurker.

Hi Peter,
OK, I'll give it a go - although I *am* rather fond of Time Lord.

What's wrong with http://nist.time.gov/? It works for me. Oh, I forgot, some of you guys are in foreign lands. I guess the official US time wouldn't be of much use to you.

Re: TARDIS time synch

I use it as well when I am away from the network at work. Haven't found any way to have it route through the company proxy or to program my password to access outside the firewall.
