    Hyperlinks (Word 2000 SR1)

I have a Word document with over 1000 hyperlinks in it that I have been using to transfer bookmarks to a different ISP. After I executed a link, the color of it would change making it easy to tell which ones have been used. After I transfered about half of them, and had returned to the document, all the hyperlinks had reverted to the original blue color. Is there any way to get back the changed color of the used links so that I don't have to start all over again?

    Thanks,
    Phil Maio

This is just a wild guess, but maybe you exceeded your cache size and Internet Explorer purged the other pages? I'm not sure there is any way to recover if that is what happened.

There's probably a way to compare your partial new list with the original. What format is the partial new list in?

    Hi Phil:
Word only changes the color while that document is open. If you close & reopen the document, the color changes to the hyperlink character style. <img src=/S/bummer.gif border=0 alt=bummer width=15 height=15>
