Using the Common Dialogue control (97 sr2)

Does anyone know if it's possible to open the common dialogue control so that you can select only directories and not files? We have a method that works in Access, but have been unable to alter it to work for Excel.

    Many thanks Alan.

Alen, you want to use the API call, SHBrowseForFolder. Unfortunately, the code that I use is not on this computer, but I think I got it from John Walkenbach's tips j-walk.com. There is info on the lounge, <!post=this post,28049>this post<!/post> and the followups (search for SHBrowseForFolder). HTH --Sam
