Possible to make a Tabular type form?

In Access its possible to create a Tabular type form, where we can add all the records we want. Is possible to make/add a Tabular type to an Outlook form?

    you'd need an activex control.

Where can I find out more about this Active X and learn how to do this. Do you know of any examples around that I can look at?

    TIA

AFAIK, none are included with office/windows, you'll need to look around the web and see if you can find one that does what you want. The office web components will work, but no tabular form is included.
    I'd start here:
