    Print Messenger

    Hi all.
This is going to sound really stupid - buy hey! I'm British and I can't help it.
I have Office 2000 running on Windows 2000 (not XP,XT,XX or XS) and I can't seem to get rid of the annoying little message than pops up every time I print a document to a network printer. It is a Windows messenger message type message box, and I have spent quite a long time now running through printer and network settings at both ends trying to locate the source of the message.

Can anyone please throw any light on where this setting is, then I can finally bin it!

I know it should be simple, I am pretty sure I am going to kick myself when I do find it, but any help to shortcut the search would be very well received!

Thanks in advance for your help......

Go to the pc where the printer is physically installed.
    Start/Settings/Printers.
    File/Server Properties/Advanced
    De-select 'Send annoying little message'
