Moving / Backing Up Inbox Subfolders (Outlook 2002 (XP))

Trying to move subfolders created under Inbox to a new computer. Please let me know the best way of doing it.

I don't know if it is the best way, but what I would do is:

Create a new .pst (File > New > Data File)
From the folder view, move the subfolder to the new .pst file.
    Close Outlook
Copy the new .pst file to the new location

    At the the new loacation....
File > New > Data File
Open the recently moved .pst file
Move the moved data to become a sub-folder of the new location.

Normal rules apply - close Outlook and back up everything first.
