    'Unknown error' (Outlook 2000 sr1)

One of the staff that I support is getting "Unknown error" and other similar messages from time to time. It looks like it is related to the use of voting buttons. In 2 cases yesterday he either got that message or "Microsoft Outlook, Can't Open This Item, Unknown Error" when either opening or deleting a message that was a response to a message he sent with voting buttons.

He also reports that sometimes messages go into his deleted items folder by themselves. I have checked rules, autoarchive, services, auto response and everything else I can think of.

    Anyone have an idea?
