    unassociating filetype

Could someone please tell me how to unassociate a file type so that its back to <none>? I know you could do it in winfile (I tried installing a copy of winfile on my 2000 box, but it doesn't seem to work on unassociating the file types)

Is there a utility out there that will work?

    Re: unassociating filetype

Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types
Find the file type and delete it.
