    Slow Address Book (OL2000 sr-1)

    <img src=/S/brickwall.gif border=0 alt=brickwall width=25 height=15> 2 questions for anyone who might know:
1> My .pst size hovers around 25 megs. I have 900-1000 contacts. Any idea how big the swap file has to get to pull the contacts in, in reasonable time? I made a few settings changes for the sake of speed, one of which was to put the virtual memory at 400 min/max. Now takes 4x as long to load the address book. (176 ram on board). Wrong thing to do?
2> My advanced email options menu does not present an option to allow OL to complete email signatures if it can recognize them. What giveth with that?
    Thanks in advance!

I have found that I have the best results if I let WINOWS determine what is needed. Restet the settings back to default and you will be much happier and one less thing to worry about.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
