Run the report and go to File/Save As Export/To an external file or database
Save it as type: Rich Text Format to your A drive.

If the report is too graphical for RTF you could print to a Snapshot file.

    use File/Save As/Export...
select "To an external file or database"
Save As Type: Snapshot Format (*.snp)

This one isn't, but thank you for the info for future reports that may, indeed, be too graphical.

Soooooo sorry - didn't want anyone else to think I didn't have the answer to my question.

    Won't do it again

Hope your day is peaceful and joyful.
