Does anyone know where custom toolbars are stored in Excel 97? I know in 2000 & 2002 they are stored in .xlb files. There does not seem to be an .xlb file for 97.
Thanks!

They are stored in your .xlb file, even in XL97. The file was in a different folder in 97, but it should be there. If I remember correctly, in 97 it was in the Windows System directory. Search your whole hard disk and you should find it if you have created a custom tool bar.

You're right! I create a new toolbar named tybar. When I performed the search, there was a file named ty8.xlb.
Thanks!
FYI : in XL97, the Toolbar Name is UserName8.xlb
Username being the username one uses to log on to Windows.
