    password failure (6.xx)

    I have several e-mail accounts running in Outlook Express. When I set up these accounts, I indicate that I want OE to remember the password. This does not work. When I run OE the next time, it stops for each account and prompts for the password. The password field is blank and the keep password box is checked. I have tried deleting all the accounts and reinstalling. No success... Any suggestions would be appreciated.
