    I can't see what's in my Outbox (Outlook 2000)

You all are great thanks for all your efforts.

I have Win 98 1st edition. I'm using Office 2000. The problem I'm having is with Outlook 2000 (internet mail only). Everything has worked fine for many months until.... I was in the OUTBOX folder and selected the field chooser. While in the field chooser, in the drop down list, I selected "All Mail fields". In the list box of all the fields I clicked and dragged the "Signed By" field in the the area where the Outbox details displays. After performing this procedure I can not view any emails in my Outbox. All I get is the message "Unable to display the folder. Could not complete the operation. One or more parameters values are not valid".

    Thanks for your time.

Click Start>Run and navigate to your Outlook.exe file for the correct path and then append /cleanviews at the end.

    For example:

    "C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOfficeOUTLOOK.EXE" /cleanviews

    Then click OK

    regards
