    Printer Woes

Seems silly to ask, but I am at a loss. I have a student in my class, who, when he prints a document from Microsoft Word, (he doesn't have Internet Explorer even open), he ends up printing the MSN homepage screen on his printer, instead of the document in word. Have you ever heard of anything like this?
    Thanks

This ranks as a bit of a long shot, however try deleting all files in Windowstemp, clear the history files and delete the temporary files in IE (Tools, Internet Options). This fixed a couple of oddities on my systems, although Word was never involved.

Could be a prank macro in Normal.dot or in a global template. In a classroom environment, stuff like that happens.

Thanks guys. It was a home computer and printer of a student . He got it working, and it turned out to be that the printer stuff just needed to be reinstalled. Always something "kewl" happening to hardware and applications, and is kind of wierd when what sounds impossible happens, and then we actually learn what it was causing the problem. Thanks for all your help, as always.
