    Right Click Menu Items

In a previous edition of Woody's Windows Watch there was a tip on creating a right click menu option to send the selected file to a specific e-mail address. I was wondering if someone could remind me what the procedure is for doing that. I am using Win 2K.

    Thanks,
    Joe

    Re: Right Click Menu Items

I found what I think is the article linked from another post, but it didn't seem terribly clear.

But anyway, this is how I managed to create a suitable SendTo link using Outlook as the mail client:

Browse to your SendTo folder in your Documents & Settings Folder
Right_mouse in the folder - New > Shortcut
Enter the following, bearing in mind your path to Outlook may differ:
    "C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice10OUTLOOK.EXE" /c ipm.note /m recipient@company.com
    Name it something suitable.

You should now have the shortcut in your SendTo menu from Explorer.

    Re: Right Click Menu Items

Thanks! I completely forgot how to do it and I needed to edit the e-mail address.

    Much appreciated!
