    Print history (2000)

I'm trying to think of ways to track those e-mails that have been printed. I tried creating a new Print field/column for my Inbox. I specified that it was a Yes/No field but I can't edit it. Any suggestions? There isn't an automatic feature in Outlook anywhere that would do this for me? Thanks for your assistance, Andy.

Here's a simplistic answer <img src=/S/2cents.gif border=0 alt=2cents width=15 height=15>. How about flagging it and when the box comes up naming it printed? It will show a flag but when you open it (in 2000 or later) it shows Printed at the top of the message also.

    Simple but effective. Cheers.
