Calendar

In Outlook I have some appointments that I want to handle differently to others when the user clicks on them. Specifically I would like some sort of tag or hidden information that I can use to identify is this appointment a special one. If it is then rather than the default behaviour it starts another App and passes the tag as a startup parameter.

The reason: some appointments are inserted into Outlook from an Access based order system. It would be very nice to launch the appropriate order information when the user clicks on the appointment.

Is this possible? and if so HEELLLPPPP!

Thanks for responding. Any help is appreciated.

Pretty reasonable (I hope). I have Office 2000 developer and Visual Studio 6 as tools.
