Sources for unusual/uncommon features of Office (N/a)

Stupid question, maybe, but: I just had an offbeat Excel question answered by a lounger, which was great, but my question is... apart from WOPR, and I guess the Office Resource kit, etc - where does one find out about the functionality which half the time seems so buried or unpublished by Microsoft?

Barnes & Noble, Amazon.com, etc. The obscure stuff is pretty thoroughly covered in *large* books in the computer section. Look for books with titles like " ... Handbook", "Mastering ... ", "Running ... " , " ... Bible", etc.
