Hyperlinks in Excell 2002 (Office XP - Excel)

    Hi All
I have a spread sheet with alot of hyperlinks to other documents, yesterday it started appending a path to the front of all my hyperlinks, which stopped them all from working. I reviewed the properties dialog box to ensure that I didn't have a base path under the summary tab, I don't but it still appended the base path. I finally had to tell it not to update links on save to stop it. But if anyone knows where else it might save base paths for hyperlinks, it would sure help me out down the road.

Did you by any chance move that file from it's directory to another?
Excel keeps links to other workbooks *relative* to the path of their destination workbook. If you Save-As in XL, this path is remembered. If however you copy the file to another directory using Explorer, XL will start searching in either *that* directory or in child directories below that one. If it does not find a linked workbook, the complete path is shown in the formula bar.
