    Specify Label Starting Position (Access97)

for label reports created with a wizard... for example using AVERY 5160 (30 per sheet), is there a way to specify the starting position for the records... i might want to start in position 16 in the case that i'm not using a full sheet of labels? (default would be a full set... position 1) the position would need to be specified each time the report is generated. oh, and what if the report goes onto two pages? would the report ask for the starting position on the 2nd page as well or automatically start at position 1 for subsequent pages? perhaps though, access doesn't look at labels quite the same way i do... any creative ideas are welcome... thanks.

In addition to the link provided by Support4John, here is an example based on the Report Samples database for Access 97 that Microsoft made available in the past.
There are event procedures for the Report as a whole and for the Detail section. They are all in a separate standard module so that they can be re-used.
