multiple e-mail accounts ME/Outlook 2000 (ME 4.90.3000 Outlook 9.0.0.2711)

We just got a high speed cable internet connection. I want to use Outlook 2000 for separate e-mail accounts. I set up separate user logins each with only their POP3 account in Outlook. Sending mail works fine. It comes from that user. When receiving email, all messages come into all of the accounts. They don't get separated into the individual accounts. Any ideas?

Have you considered using VBA to create a rule to send different emails from the different POP's so it sends to another folder you have created?

I've had this issue before with using hotmail's POP mail and also my ISP email and I'm still trying to work out a similar issue, but within Windows XP

If you have the accounting set up right you should NOT have a problem.
What settings do you have in the incoming pane of each account?

And do each of the Windows users accounts have passwaords?

Who is your ISP?

In the accounts in Outlook I have only the current users e-mail information.
When I log in as each user, only their account is shown in Outlook accounts.
I an effort to keep thing simple (they never are) I didn't assign passwords to each user.
Should I?

"I didn't assign passwords to each user" YES

With in the Outlook account set up of EACH, did you enter the users email account, which would be different for each one, in the "Incoming Mail server (POP3)" entry box?
