Hey all,
I'm looking for some tips on importing contact update information.
Every month I get updates from my office in a spreadsheet. these updates contain purchasing details on customers, and I want to import this new data into my exisiting contact database.

My problem is duplicates. Importing seems to either not import duplicates at all, or creates duplicates, depending on the setting used. I can't seem to find a switch to allow merging imported contact info.

My ideal would be to simply add the new data to the exisiting contacts. Any thoughts?
