    Mail Merge (2000)

    Hi

I need a way to tell Word to print an envelope to selected schools on the attached list. I NEVER need to send envelopes to all of these schools - every day I need to send envelopes to just a few.

What do you recommend as the best, most efficient method for me to accommplish this goal?

Thank all of you in advance

    Linda

    Re: Mail Merge (2000)

    Linda,

When I use mailmerge I nomally have the source data in a word or excell table. This way you can add a column 'MailToday' or similar and just stick in a 'Y" or other meaningful code. When you mailmerge, simple include a query 'MailToday' equals 'Y' or is 'is not blank'.

    Hope this answers your question.
