    Email zoom size (Outlook 2000/Win2K)

Periodically (and again this morning) Outlook decides to show all my emails at some other zoom size than normal 100%. I have tried to "reset" the window by changing the zoom, and then closing the window and re-opening it. I have spawned new windows to ensure that they come up at 100%, but I still get this abnormal size behavior.

I find this really annoying and would like to know how to stop it/prevent it. Does anyone understand what is going on and how to control it?

    Regards,
    Russ

I guess this is an incredibly dense question but...what zoom setting? I'm going to guess that you are viewing mail in Microsoft Word. If so, see WD2000: Word As E-mail Editor Appears to Fail to Retain Zoom Level Setting (Q224773). It's too complicated to summarize here.
