    Printing e-mails containing bullets (Office 2000 SR1)

I have just noticed that if I create an e-mail using rich text formatting and use bullets in the e-mail, I can't print a copy of that mail which will show the bullets that are viewed on my screen. Instead, I get a squiggly symbol in place of the bullet. If I create an e-mail using HTML formatting with bullets, they print just fine. Any suggetions?

bullets use wingding or symbol font and for some reason, that font is not getting sent to the printer and a different character is used. it's a common problem with documents that are shared.

I don't know how to fix it though.
