    attachments (Outlook 2000)

When sending attachments through Outlook, while in Rich Text or Html, the recipients often complain they do not receive them. There seems to be no problem when sending in Plain Text. Also, when sending in html, the attachment icon goes randomly into the body of the message rather than to the bottom of the page. When this happens, I know the recipient will not receive it.

it should only be a problem when using RTF and the solution is to not use RTF since it's a format only Outlook can read.

in any event,, you already know the solution - use plain text.
