This is a general philosphy question. I have twenty remote users who send spreadsheet data weekly which is to be imported into Access. The current process uses an Outlook form posted on an intranet site that ships the data to a task folder in Outlook. The data are then imported into Access.
This process seems to work well but the importing steps need to be completed frequently.
What types of approaches could I use to get the data to load automatically into Access? Would a Data Access Page be useful? Should I script something in Outlook to send the data to Access? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
