Acesss input masks

Is there a way that I can download the required files to use the 'input masks'. My systems administrator loaded Access in a weak moment (she does not like us using Access apparently), however when I go to use the input masks feature I get a message that they are not available. I do not have a CD on my computer so I will have to use the 3.5" floppy or the Internet I assume. Sorry for the length. Thank you.

Ask your system administrator to insert the CD in a CD-player on the network and share that CD-player.
You can access the setup program on the CD through the network.
