I have several custom functions in a VBA module that I have been able to successfully add to the function wizard including specifying which category to add them to and the associated help info for the function that appears at the bottom of the function wizard screen.
For some reason, the last time some changes were made to the Excel Add-in that these functions are included in did something to where the associated help info for the functions is gone. If I go into the object browser in the VBE and select the properties foe that function the description info is gone. If I re-type that info and save it, the description is not saved.
Anyone have any ideas on this? I have searched the net for posts about the function wizard and have found that the general opinion appears to be that adding custom functions to wizard has been a flakey issues a best and prone to problems. If that's true I am open to alternative suggestions.
