Field Name in Report (Access 2000)

Hi, Is this possible? I have many fields on a table which are Yes/No datatype. In a Report I would like to list the field names for the records which have a Yes value. Any suggestions?

Was there some reason for putting the suggestion into an attachment? You could have pasted it directly into a reply.

I had a feeling there would be an easy way - thank you very much indeed, that should work nicely!

Re: Field Name in Report (Access 2000)

When I checked my spelling, everything between the square brackets was getting lost even when I typed in the pre mark up tags. I tried clicking 1-Click TagPanel but as the widow opens I get and error message with:

    Line: 97
    Error: Object Required

When I click on any of the mark up tag buttons I get this error:

    Line: 8
Error: 'window.opener.document' is not an object

Do we have to use the buttons or can we type in the tags? What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks for your help

In the spell checking, all what's between square brackets is not displayed. That's normal. After doing an spell check, click on preview to see how your post will look.

If you want to display <font color=448800>[</font color=448800> or <font color=448800>]</font color=448800> in a posting, you need to leave a space after them, otherwise the submission is treated as an unknown markup I suppose ?
