Calculating Next Anniversary Date (Excel 97 SR-2)

    I'm trying to find a way to calculate an employee's next anniversary date. I'm sure there must be a simpler, lower-maintenance approach than the one I've taken in the attached sheet, where the formula must be adjusted for each employee each year. Can you help me get there?

    Re: Calculating Next Anniversary Date (Excel 97 SR-2)

    The formula below, entered into G3 and filled down the column should do what you want:

=IF(DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(B3),DAY(B3))<TOD AY(),DATE(YEAR(TODAY())+1,MONTH(B3),DAY(B3)),DATE( YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(B3),DAY(B3)))

    If the anniversary date is today, that formula will show the next anniversary date as today. If you want it to show one year from today, you need to change the "<" in the formula to "<=".
