    Landscape vs. Portrait

I am baffled. I receive both HTML and plain text messages. The default setting for my HP Office Jet 610 is portrait. The plain text messages print just fine. Any that are HTML format, however, print landscape! This is something new and I've checked every setting I know and used "F1" help and can find nothing to aid me.

    Any suggestions?

    Re: Landscape vs. Portrait

Holy Smokes! That was fast! I'm impressed with WOW and this is even better!

Yes, the default setting (for some unknown reason) for my Windows IE was Landscape. When in Outlook (The 2000 SR-1 version) I found it odd that only the HTML msgs were printing sideways.

I clicked portrait for the default on that but had already cleared out the offending messages that were printing landscape. It will be interesting to see if this fixed it but I'm sure it has.

Come to think of it, my wife uses Juno (UGH) for her email and was complaining of the same thing!

    Time will tell.

    Thanks again,

    Al Bentley
