    unusual Print Request (ACC97-SR2)

I have a customer that wants to print
    badges for a conference.

The current list is set to print out 6 to a page (via the label wizard),
but they want the ability to print each new entry as a single record,
as opposed to waiting for 5 more entries then sending them to print.
How would I best do this?

The following is a description of a sample db provided by

    Rogersaccesslibrary

    PrintOneLabel.mdb (intermediate)
This form illustrates how to print one label which matches 'the value of the record in the form. The code is behind the 'Print Report' 'button and basically creates a query: 'qryMyQuery' which is the Record Source 'for the report and then opens the report in preview mode."

If you have 6 labels per page, however, doesn't this mean that you will be throwing away 5 labels? You might want to consider getting a label printer that enables you to print one at a time from a continuous roll.

To avoid to throwing away 5 labels and buying a ticket printer, download Rptsmp97.exe from MS.
They have a sample report to skip used labels.
