I have attached a document. When I click on Hyperlink "Free" it doesn't open up the site. Any idea. Other documents work. Just in the document, I'm having a problem.

I opened the document and did not find any hyperlinks. I saw what at first appeared to be hyperlinks, but turned out to be merely blue, underlined text.

We need to see the outlook message or source code, but i'm guessing it is the mail merge hyperlink bug. see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/apps.htm#office, under word.
