    Sorted labels (2000 SP2)

    I'm probably missing the very easy solution for this but I need help. I want one job to print my address labels in two parts; the first part with member names who have expiration dates in this month, and then followed by all the other active members, and of course both sections should be in their own alphabetical order.

    Add a column in your query with the following expression:
    SortExpiration: IIf(Month(Date())=Month([Expiration Date]) And Year(Date())=Year([Expiration Date]),1,2)
    If you don't need the year, remove "And Year(Date())=Year([Expiration Date]),1,2"
    In the label report, sort first on SortExpiration, then on name

    Thank You. That worked great. I tested it and it does exactly what I need.
