    Field Validation (FrontPage 2000)

Is there a way to make FrontPage validate two text boxes to make sure that their values are identical?

I'm setting up a FrontPage form whereby a user can change their login password and am using the Field properties for validation regarding size, allowable characters, etc. However, I want the user to re-enter the new password before updating the database.

As far as I know, not without a little outside help.
Will this script from the JavaScript Source do what you want?

    The script worked.

However, I had to remove all of the 'comments' relating to the FrontPage bots that were generated by FrontPage validation.

It appears that FrontPage generates the Javascript validation script on the fly, thereby erasing the code I entered.
