    tfswctrl.exe

I'm 404 on where to post this, but it's happening in Win2k... like some folks, I suffer from occasional Win2k lockups and, more often than not, the tfswctrl.exe file is the culprit.

    Any tips on keeping this file happy? <img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20>

    According to spywareinfo.com =

"Drive letter access to HP's and Veritas' version of Direct CD. Does the same thing as Direct CD. You'll need to start this before inserting a suitably formatted CD."

Sorry not to be able to give more help, but this may give you a clue as to where to start looking...

Thanks, Leif... not sure what this may do but, you're right, it'll give more on which to ponder. Thanks for responding.
