Error Prevents Inbox Rule (Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625))

I've made lots of rules to filter incoming mail and move messages to various folders. Lately I get an error message after creating a rule, when trying to leave the Rules Wizard dialog, saying "A value in the Rule Description Box has not been set. To set a value, click underlined words at the bottom of the Rules Wizard".

All values have been set - the words in the Subject line to filter on and the folder to move the message to. I've tried redoing them, to no avail. I can "Run Now" successfully, I just can't save the rule. I can only Cancel the Rules Wizard, and the rule is not saved.

I've gotten this one. It is not complaining about the rule you were just working on. It is complaining about a rule somewhere in your collection. In my case, I tried copying some rules from one machine to another. They appeared but the move destinations were invalid. I had to either correct or delete each one (and all of them at one session) before I could change any rule.
