    Mail Merge from Excel into Outlook (98/C-W)

    I want to send faxes to a list of customers who requested updates be sent via fax. I have the ability to send faxes via Outlook. According to our MIS dept, we should address them using "FirstnameLastname[Faxnumber]". I know how to create the appropriate concatenation in Excel. How do I get this into an Outlook message, creating a new message for each customer?

    The Outlook file menu has an Import/Export option and Excel is one of the file types available. This can be tricky to map right. I'd make a test contact folder and import into that. Once you've got the mapping right you can leave them in that folder or move them into your main contact folder.
