Outlook Fields to Word (2K and XP)

Hi everyone, I've been using the AddressLayout autotext to get my outlook fields into Word. We are now also playing with Outlook object/namespace. Everything seems fine except for getting the email field. This works great for picking up email addresses for external contacts, eg donald.duck@disney.com

However, internal addresses have all sorts of other things in their email address, aliases etc. For instance my address has 8 lines of info, eg
    X400:c=US;a= ;p=OurCompany Limi;o=OURCOMP;s=Wright;g=Karen

When I use AddressLayout or the outlook namespace object, I get:
    /o=OURCOMPANY LIMITED./ou=OURCOMP/cn=RECIPIENTS/cn=KAREN

At no point is the above line listed in the properties of the email address.

    I really just want: karen@ourcompany.co.nz

    Any bright ideas?

Wow, that's ugly. What object.property are you using to retrieve the address? Perhaps there is another one that will give you an Internet-ready format. To tap into the Outlook expert pool, I'm going to move this thread over to the Outlook board.

oItm.Email1Address (I think this is what you mean)

I've also attached a form which uses the original AddressLayout that I have used for the last few years. This is the first time I have tried to pick up email addresses however.
