Great, I've seen the postings on how it's such a bad idea to embed images in an Access db. I knew that, but I was commissioned to write an app that would export all data and metadata to a text file for use with MySQL, and to programmatically export embedded images to a jpeg file. I've looked in all sorts of places on MSDN, TechRepublic, VB2theMax, etc., etc.; asked other programmers and have come up empty handed and way behind schedule.

Can someone _please_ tell me if it is possible to programmatically export embedded images to a jpeg, or even a bitmap file? And if it is, possible, how?

Thank you ever so much. <img src=/S/brickwall.gif border=0 alt=brickwall width=25 height=15>
