    Savings settings. (Office XP)

I've searched past posts and threads for the steps to save my setting for the various programs in Office. I saved the settings, and now I need to reinstall them, but I don't remember how to do it.

I trust you used the Office Profile Wizard to backup your settings into an OPS File. (If not, see http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/...ndx/appa14.htm.)

To restore your settings, simply run the Office Profile Wizard, select "Restore previously saved settings", navigate to the appropriate OPS file, and Voila! you're done!

You said the magic words, "Office Profile." I searched through several hundred files looking for the right one. I found it in the Start, Programs, MS Office Tools, Save My Settings Wizard.
