Track Changes Editor ID (Word 2000)

When using Track Changes in Word 2000 I am used to hovering the cursor over a tracked change and seeing a pop-up with the changer's ID, action, and date. It works that way on my home computer but I can't get it to work on my office computer. Is there a switch someplace I need to turn on?

There is an option that seems to control pop-up screen tips for everything: comments, tracked changes, footnotes, etc.

    Hi Bruce:
Tools/Options/View tab & tick "Screen tips"

    Cheers,
